Shipping policy

We hand make the majority of our moulds and therefore orders (especially large or orders with multiples of the same item) can take a little while to dispatch. 

International orders are usually tracked.

We try to reuse as much of our shipping boxes and containers as possible so please do not be alarmed if you see reused packaging, we want to create as little waste as possible and this is one little way to help in that area.
